I have seen alot of changes in the hospital from last time.
-hygiene
-good behavior from staff
-people are following instructions
-good ventilation

A multi speciality hospital in this area doctors available 24/7 emergency services available guest rooms facilities are also available instant treatment clean and hygienic floors well trained staffs. Everything is well managed by new management teams hospital is not as my last visit totally changed in a good way. Now the hospital is managing by professionals players. Daccan medical college is in the same building. One that I notice is prayer place Mosque 🕌 is also available on 3rd floor you can check out below in picture.

The hospital is filled with all the amenities and facilities in an affordable cost. It is well managed and neat and clean. I had seen an orthopaedic doctor named Dr. Irfan N he was very nice, courteous. He heard all my issues and examined carefully. Had to do an X-ray and CT scan and those people were also very supportive. I am surprised to see the facilities there with so much of low cost. I am also wishing the management all the very best.

In my opinion this hospital making only money .special in cardiac I have lost my sister un experience doctors nurses. I.dont prefer to any one to go this hospital

4Star for the doctors. But hospital policies are unethical.
1. In emergency i visited the hospital and got admitted, the next day I asked the doctor for discharge. The doctor replied me that patient admitted can’t be discharged prior 3 days.
2. I asked for LAMA discharge (discharge on my own risk) on which the doctor refused to handover the previous treatment and discharge summary.

Its simply like make at-least 3 days bill.

I'm satisfied with the the treatment and care given by neurology department . My mother was not able to move any limbs but now she is able to walk now even at 80yrs . I thank Dr Sandhya and her team

Under the management of Owaisi group Princess Esra Hospital has quite changed since it's old times. The management has made sure the premises are kept clean and strict protocols are followed (what I have experienced). Place is well lit and not gloomy at all unlike other Hospitals in the city which are like those haunted places where we get all those negative vibes because of the ambience.
