Timing of hospital is 7-12 and 5-7 for normal paiteint.And if you are going for certificate 5 pm is suitable time there is no rush at that hour. I can't comment about doctor as I was there only for vision certificate.

Sab se ganda hospital I lost my brother and one friend doctor to he hi nahi sab kya ptaa kaha rhte he,one suggestion don't take any patient to this hospital others wise you will lose him/her request

It's a government hospital. Earlier it was not that much clean. Now a days it is clean and in good condition
