Dhanya Mission Hospital

Having good service and they where treating very well. Hospital is well maintained and the rooms and toilets are neat and clean. They are having enough spaces for parking. You can get access here simply. Canteen facilities are also available. It is also clean and having nice food.

I had experienced very bad experience from this hospital .
I visited this hospital due to high tiredness and dehydration and subjected to have two injection . The injection they took in my left hand ... was out of vein and i experience a swelling on my left hand . Here the treatment is very poor nd they don't have any manners to attend a patient. I experienced very very poor care from this hospital.

Rating this as 1 because the wait time at each counter (Billing, Cash & Medicine Dispatch Counter and TPA Counter) is pathetic.

There's absolutely no value for the Customers time. They need to be more efficient and productive and start respecting people's time.

Other than that, this hospital is meant for common people. Can be better if tried.

Its a good hospital run by Christian missionary. The nurses in this hospital are the best. They treat you warmly. They support and help us to maintain and increase our confidence. They treat us like their family. This hospital is less expensive . They do not charge High or make you do unwanted tests or surgery. In delivery cases they try their maximum for normal delivery. They go for a c- section only if there is no other go.

I visited this hospital on my 7th month pregnancy and had few health issues prior to pregnancy. So doctor there told to shift to Amala Hospital. That was fine. But in between I had a stomach pain and due to the long distance to Amala hospital, I went to get treated to Dhanya Hospital. The nun in the labor room behaved so badly with my family members saying that I'm not allowed to visit that hospital in case of any issues. Whatever minor or major the issue is, I should directly go to Amala hospital and not to Dhanya hospital. We know that it was not my due date. So to get my stomach pain resolved we went there.The main priority of the hospital should be to first treat the patient, in case if any serious issue, they could have told to transfer. Many nuns in the hospital is not even polite or cant make understand the family members the issue. Nuns are worse than the nurses working there.

Dr. Sunitha from the gynaecology department is extremely rude and ill mannered with her patients. She is not committed to finding the problem of any patient but getting the patient out of her office within 2 minutes of consultation without listening properly to the patient’s concern, and also screaming at them and being rude for the silliest thing. It was simply a waste of money going to her and absolutely not helpful at all. We will be avoiding visiting this hospital and this doctor from now on.

located in old highway road. very close to potta main highway overbridge. Here the nurses are very helpful and have a kind heart especially gynaecology department. compared to other private hospitals medicine's prescribed here are less costly.

This hospital offer parking facilities for doctors and patients.
They provide stretchers and wheelchair for the patients.
This hospital is one of the best hospital in chalakudy.
