Sahrudaya Hospital, Alappuzha

Patient is insured, leg broken, they sent xray of shoulder instead of leg, and the claim hasbeen rejected, bad experience from staffs, they are doing their duty as mentioned by the top and i respect that, but the management principles are pathetic

Recommended to patients outside state they are very well doing. Even I came from Maharashtra I was having many options but my choice was right 👍 keep going

My wife princy tomcy had a surgery and We were very satisfied with the service of nursing staff as well as from the public relations . Rooms are well cleaned and kept tidy. Special thanks to Dr. Sreeja ,yadhu,insurance department , nursing staffs in second floor and other departments. I will suggest sahrudaya Hospital for anyone without hesitation.

My mother was in consultantation with Dr. Shiv Subramaniam (ortho) for herniated disc. She was having mild pain in lower back. However, she could walk with pain. The doctor advised MRI and told that she has to undergo physiotherapy and was admitted for 5 days with no proper care. The doctor would come only in the morning, after that only nurses would be attending. On the 3rd day, my mother had severe pain and she could not get up from bed. Finally, on 5th day they discharged her with severe pain. She was taken in a stretcher to the vehicle. The person who came to the hospital had to go back home on a stretcher. I would never recommend this hospital, especially the ortho doctor. Moreover we were billed around 25K INR, and in return only pain was debilitating. We had to take her to another hospital for proper treatment. We lost both money and health

After a long time I was to visit sahrudaya hospital for the annual body check up of my grand parents I felt their is a lot of changes in the face of the hospital one Mr Yadu had helped me a for making the procedures as fast and realy thank full for the care that they have given us, really thank full to
Mr Yadu... keep going in the same flow and all the best .I really recommend this hospital...

I get Very poor service from pharmacy side.. There is along que and... Very congested..... Very bad service.. And i dont refer any body to this hospital.

My grandma came here complaining of chest pain and they took ECG 2 days after admission to tell it was +ve.
The security here was very rude asking us to leave from the room and only 1 person could remain. We have to visit our grandma during an emergency, not to have fun. Understand the situation and behave.
He questioned us about not wearing a mask inside the room while he himself was speaking without a mask over his nose and mouth.
There's no sanitizer and tissue paper in any patient rooms, which is a necessity in every hospital.

I recommend this hospital for quality care. All the nurses were cooperative. Their communication skill with the patient is good. Security services are also good.
