Worst receptionists and time management
Dr.Aditya might be good but the experience with receptionists was pathetic. They do not answer politely, they talk like all the patients did some mistake and they are punishing them. I have seen receptionists showing frustration and not giving proper information to couple of old ladies, its not fair as the aged women may not understand everything in one go. Last year also I had similar experience, and I complained but no change.

Coming to time management, they totally failed. They never finish appointment on time, as an example my mom appointment at 12 PM and they made us wait till 3 PM. In what world or era people wait 3 hours after appointment time. When I ask the same question, reception said things run like this only in this fecility.

Hope doctor will take at least some action this time to make patients comfortable

Note: they do not have complaint/feedback register. That's the pathetic situation of this facility

Sirs approach to patients is very nice.
There are no unwanted investigations.
Respects and cares for the patient..

Everything was good but this outside staff are rude towards patients....even i was one of the patient..

Too much waiting time. They’re Testing the patience level of the patients 😉Took appointment for 7pm, reached Hospital before 7pm, still I had to wait till 8:30 pm . No proper response from the reception guys.

Need to wait for very long time to consult the doctor like you wait for Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala. They can do better job in managing the patients. Doctor Aditya won't waste much time of yours and he will compensate the time you spent by analysing the problem so quickly.

One of the worst experience with Dr. Aditya. He did not fully listen to the patient problem. He only doing that what he knows the healing, he didn't care and not completely listen to the patient problem. Waste of money, Waste of time.. Don't prefer this doctor

Worst and most arrogant person..full commercial hospital..but nurses care taking is excellent
