These people are cheaters,they don't want to provide a bill,the workers claim that they have been told to do so by the owner. I went with my family to get the pollution test done of my car and they were charging higher the price fixed by the government so I asked for the bill but they denied. I didn't call the police as I was short of time. Neither do they provide Air in the tyres, the machines are always under lock and key.
