Indian Oil Petrol Bunk and BGL CNG Station

I went 4 times to fill out a CNG, every time minimum 5/- extra they are collecting. Below 10/- change they won't return back to us and also they will demand for 5/-extra

Only one man was handling all customers. They should increase no of pumps.

Each time you fill the CNG.. the person demands for a 5 rs tip... Strange

Worest persons r cng operator he takes 10rs extra why owner you didn't give the salary to operators . 10x 200 daily 2000/- income extra

Worst service ever.. they dont wear masks at CNG station and forcing customers to get out of the vehicle. No social distance being followed. Arrogant behaviour of the attendents. Started quarreling when asked to wear a mask. Complained to higher authorities many times. However no action was taken.

This bunk/CNG gas station is a den of thieves. I wish there was option to give no stars. The staff fleece customers and make them wait for filling fuel. And finally, after they fill do not return the correct balance. They are taking five to to 10 rupees as tip for each customer (Yes, on top of the soaring fuel prices). I paid Rs. 500 for filling CNG and the staff person filled for Rs 379. He returned me only Rs 112 against the due Rs. 121. Please avoid this bunk. There are many other CNG stations in a five km radius.
