Unprofessional approach and wors behavior of pump owner and staff. No facility of female washroom even when owner is available in his office. They strictly denied to open female washroom lock and ladies were asked to use gents wash room itself if emergency. Very surprised that Reliance is operating such unprofessional and unethical fuel station.
