We were on the way by car towards Chennai filled tank full petrol at this bulk around 3-4pm and asked for air checkup they told will check for availability. Even Though adequate staff is there to serve costumers they denied that air filling is not available.

After few kilometres we searched for air filling and done. So we are paying for the petrol and it's mandatory to provide free air, toilet facilities to consumers and why the bulk is not provided with basic necessities that too in a highway incase of any emergency how will they help.!!??

Very Poor Service at Bharat Petroleum pump because they were not able to provide air to car

Don't ever stop here for prayer ..staff behaviour is very rude ..they will not allow us to take wudhu

Card not accepting here they have to accept all type of payments
