Not even fit for one star.
Very Bad experience.
Whenever asked for air got the reply as compressor is faulty or out of order since past 3 to 4 months. Never seen "Out of Order" signs displayed. Today confronted Rahul, who claimed to be manager and asked for Complaint Register. Straight away got the reply that there is no such book.

Creating a Bad name for ESSAR Fuel.

Better go to Reliance for good fuel and better customer support.

Worst behaviour.
Staffs want to chit chat among themselves.
They will never check air. Will always tell reasons like compressor repair and so on.
But out of service board never displayed.

Worst experience.I went to refuel my car.I wanted to fully top-up .when I was about to be attended my turn the attendant refueled other customer stating that it will take time you come to that customer.whereas he has alredy filled a car & a bike.I had been already waiting there for some time.I was in a hurry.I left the place without filling. The point is that guy could have asked me to wait if not request.but telling to other person that will take time and attending him.itis .....

The service provided by the staff is not proper. The behaviour of staff is not good.

Poor staff service. They don't even shut our bikes rear fuel tank cap after filling
