While paying through card they enter extra amount. Instead of 304 they entered 374 rupees and the amount got debited. On enquiring about it they deny saying it was 374 only. Even for filling the full tank it would have cost only 320. Moreover 4 more rupees was debited later from my account for the same trxn, I still don't know the reason for it. Arrogant staffs. Worst service.

Today I went for bunk for put petrol. I asked a boy who worked (with little long hair and new join) there to show the QR code bcoz I couldn't capture it due to distance. The boy refused and arrogantly answer like"go and scan there". What customer service that you are giving. He will ruin your bunk name.

Quality fuel. Different payment types are accepted. Morning time too congested, need better organized service with dividers.
