Careless & irresponsible employees. I put petrol for 4000+ rs, while entering the amount that guy entered wrongly to 44000 and got payment complete. Fortunately, i checked the amount in pay slip and found the error...i asked them to cancel the transaction, and they said txn could not be canceled and agreed to return 40000 rs in cash... I felt ok... But it was my great blunder.. When i look at the credit card bill, i was shocked 526 rs went on fuel surcharge... normally, the fuel surcharge will be refunded..But this time it is not refunded.. I think 44000 rs fuel may be considered as commercial.... It's my bad time. i lost 526 rs..
