Indian Oil petrol Bunk, (Vetri Fuels)

I have put petrol for Rs.200 and paid Rs.500 cash and got balance. On the way I might have missed it l. But thought I failed to collect it from bunk. Went back to the bunk and asked for balance. They calmly showed the CCTV and confirmed that they have returned the balance. Kudos to the way they handled the situation without any fuss and treated me with respect.

Could be better if they could Improve the quality of their staffs. Need much more concentration on efficient work. I feel there is bit delay everytime when I fuel with them.

Card payment takes time/Paytm too when compared to Cash payment.
They always keep 4 pumps empty for Cars or CV.
My suggestion for them is to accommodate TW until the car or CV comes so that it shall be a efficient time and resource management.

As I find, for every 25 TW, a car/CV comes to fuel in that bunk.

Space could had be little more.

Rest of the infra is okay.

All pump quality don't confirm as retail business quality questionery,only owner to improve quality and quality because more different between authority approved pump and Direct factory outlet maintain by nation wide is good

Good service. Sometime doesn't provide Air checking services.

In indian oil fuel station, they fiddle with the quantity of petrol. Cheaters. For one liter, not even half a liter is filled from the tube. The employees have been trained to cheat the customers. The petrol here is adulterated and will spoil the engines. Useless fellows. Fraudulent employees and irresponsible management. Custoners are cheated while filling fuel. Employees don't start from 0.00 reading level. Fuel is adulterated and mixing of unnecessary elements is done.

The issue needs to be addressed by the head office or needs to be taken to consumer court
