Good but staff behave is average with customer

During filling of diseal , nosal leak with spoiling of oil at car and over ground, on asking "aise hi dalte h kyuku nosal leak h" , no air filling , no clean toilet, no drinking water.
Complaints book given after repeated requests. Gunde type people at petrol pump, advice people not to stop at night time.
