One of the best petrol pumps out there considering they usually have all three services readily available:

1. Fuel (Petrol and Diesel).
2. Air filling.
3. PUC.

Very bad attitude of person on petrol pump. You tell them to put petrol of abc amount and they put xyz. Very rude when asked why. No wonder there is no one on that petrol pump.

This petroleum make fraud with their customers.
And they have some workers they don't filled petrol in bike and they take money.

Lots of offers going on currently on filling petrol. Avail loyalty card issued by IOC to get cashback on every time you fill petrol..

Extremely bad service.
Staff is very unsupportive. I asked him for the help for online payment through Google pay or phone pay, he said he don't accept payment through it. Only cash or debit/credit card. I said can there be any other way which he denied and said no.
It shows very arrogant attitude towards customers.
Also, management must train their employees how to have conversations or make some payment facilities available, as most of the people have online payment facilities like Google pay, phone pay or upi transactions.
No water drinking facilities + No free air facilities.

Hello Indian Oil Petrol Station Management Karve Road, Pune.

I filled the petrol at around 7:25pm on 17th September 2021 at this petrol pump.
I received a very ruthless arrogant service at this Indian oil petrol pump on Karve road.
The staff person filling up the petrol in my vehicle behaved in a very arrogant rude manner with me and did not show even basic decency.

I will never ever even think of going to this petrol pump again.

Request the management of this petrol pump to educate their staff to behave in an appropriate manner when dealing with customers.

I urge other customers to be observant and provide your feedback as per your experience, if at all you use this petrol pump.
And if you get a bad experience would urge to use another petrol pumps on Karve road.

This review is for the people who want to fill XP95 petrol at this pump. They have a big poster at back of the petrol pump of XP95 petrol which was recently launched by Indian oil. The staff was unaware of this term XP95. They had to ask if something like this is available at our pump. And after enquiring we came to know there are no customer's using 95 octane petrol so they do not keep it.
I imagine why the company has spend lakhs of rupees on advertisements of XP95.

This review is not a negative feedback about anyone it's just that if you are providing a service to customers then let your staff know about it properly.

I filled up my car tank full on 28th October, 2021 at 1130 hrs. The station was "manned" by all ladies staff which was a surprise. I requested the lady attendant to swipe my Citibank IOC credit card on a Citibank machine but she said they don't have it. She cross checked with the owner and he confirmed the same. My card was swiped on a PayTm machine with the same amount as was shown on the pump's display. The transaction was successful. Earlier, Citibank used to add 2.5% fuel surcharge and reverse it later. That system does not exist now.
I got the PUC done and had tyres filled to correct air pressure.
I have been filling petrol at this station for the past 20 years and never had any issues with male/ female staff's behaviour and owner's behaviour.
