Ashish service Indian Oil Petrol Pump

This is a Franchise outlet but service person tells that it’s a direct company ioc outlet . I had a doubt after filing petrol , the expected distance was showing lesser than the usual I take petrol pump from BPCL company outlet kharghar sector 2 . Air pressure was also showing not upto the marks .

No one here gives a darn about the customers time. They chit chat with other employees, never attentive, and no one to guide. Had multiple bad experience, waited in the queue for almost 10mins then got to know it was only XP/Premium available and the normal filling pod is on the other side. Had to go back and wait at the end of the queue again wasting 15 more minutes. They have lot of employees but one guy himself fills the fuel and collects the cash/card which can be eliminated by deploying 2 persons thus saving lot of time for the customers.

Also the place where 4wheelers are filled, they have the premium section just ahead creating difficulty for the 4wheeler to move out plus the CNG station is so close by and irregular stopping of these vehicles create another problem. All these can be properly managed if the management can take their duty responsibly and giving a good experience to their customers.

This petrol pump has veryy bad reputation many cases of paid the money but petrol was stealed while incerting by some mechanism or something (i had personal experience of the same too)

My vehicle was running at red so needed diesel asap came to this petrol pump and filled for 500₹ (diesel) as it was on red it was showing me signal but after filling it should go but kept showing me low fuel also the fuel indicator didn't move even a little bit
After asking my friends hot to know I'm not the first one complaining abt this there have been many such incidents

Machines are older. Needs to be updated. Basic facilities are not available. Big lines for petrol are very casual over here. Staff needs to be trained.

The staff is helpful but the fuel station closes around 11 pm. The washroom is also well maintained.

When they want to sell power petrol they said to customer that tank is empty and its take time 30mintues so only power is available which is almost 6 rupees costly then normal. And this thing they do specially in peak hours in morning. When people have no time to wait.
