Shivshakti Petroleum (Nayara Energy Ltd.)

I have swiped my card and they said the transaction is failed and if any amount is deducted it will be refunded so they swipe it again. When I got a card statement I showed them that the transaction happened twice they had a record with them for the same but still they said you came after a month so they cannot do anything about it now. I told them that how can I get to know the amount is deducted twice without card statement but they didn’t listen and started arguing with me at the end they didn’t return money by saying its too late.

Wait. *Arrogant people Alert*
The service guy here are so arrogant that they will ask you to get down of car and close the petrol/diesel knob yourself.
Why to get embarrassed. Better go to HP or any petrol pump nearby

Since this pump is in man square the employees here are on high in arrogance.
Their behaviour is so arrogant that they will ask you to get out of the car and close the petrol knob. If you warn that you will complain they will reply

3rd class petrol pump all staff are drinking back side office... And manager are not giving key for toilet... And saying bula le jisko bulana hai.... 3rd class staff..

Friendly workers and most important have online payment facility, which few petroleum centre don't have.
