Shell Petrol & Gas Pump

Good staff and management with good quality fuel.. vehicle service with a refreshment counter..... But location on the map is not correct.....

Great service at shell cafe aswell at the fuel pump. The fuel quality is excellent compared to what others provide.

Petrol quality is good though expensive as is the standard with all Shell petrol pumps.

Wasted our 2 hours in sweltering May afternoon heat waiting for an activity which was to be completed in 25 mins. After charging us for 5 bottles of coolant, we were told only 2 are available and the rest 3 had to be brought from some other place in Thane.

Had they informed us earlier, we could have probably gone to some facility :(

Petrol quality is good but all time no air filling service provide by this pump all time give different reasons .

The staff will speak very politely and tell you that checking oil and coolant is complimentary. Then they will tell you that the engine oil is bad, someone had added shampoo in the coolant etc and insist on changing it immediately else there could be major problems. I do servicing of my car only at Wasan but they kept insisting on changing coolant and engine oil. Let's see i am heading towards alibaug now and after filling the petrol tank full the average displayed is below normal

Very bad service. People are very Arrogant and ignorant. Paytm transactions were not reflected and the manager rudely responded that he won't even contact the support for the customers. Pratik, this is not how you take responsibility of a petrol pump.

Petrol price costlier than normal petrol pump. But it compensate in petrol quality.

Fuel my car full tank....yes I m rich.

They do free oil and engine check-up.

Free air pump is always available unlike govt owned dealer pumps.
