Everytime I have been here, I have caught the employees doing mischief to earn more red-handed and reported to their management who always try to comfort me with apologies and assure that I wouldn't be facing such issue ever again. But still every single time I visit here, I have to face the same situation.

I believe all the employees including the management are tainted and involved in befooling the customers. Indian Oil should strictly look into the matter and take strictest action to conserve their reputation.
