Prakash Auto Sales & Service(Indian Oil Petrol Pump)

My experience with Prakash Auto Sales (?) and Petrol pump was limited to being dropped there and waiting to be picked up. The gasoline station offers LPG, Diesel and Petrol. I found the sign-boards explaining in detail all safety measures and duly posted.
The drivers of vehicles that came for regular refill had mixed opinions about service. One complained about lack of service personnel for refill while another nearby petrol pump had one person to every refuelling point. I found that there was a clean toilet and a schedule chart duly filled for cleaning it.
A five star requires
1. maintaining better cleanliness around refuelling points,
2. serving with a smile
3. manning the refuelling pumps adequately for prompt service.

Worst petrol pump i ever visited.
They are fraud there machine shows unusual reading you will see that in ₹100 petrol your scale on scooty will shift very little.
Reason is that with petrol air too comes out .
Never buy petrol from them.

I saw the quality of the fuel is not pure , If there is absolutely no petrol in your car or bike, then you can take a little petrol from here.

BELIEVE me, i live very close to this Petrol pump and avoid as much as possible to fill my vehicle from here. I seriously DOUBT both "quantity and quality" of petrol here. ALSO I don't know why the STAFF tricks you in talking (so that you just miss to see ZERO on machine) & not hearing clearly the amount you ask them to fill and tries to fill in steps....

Running big SCAM Alert

I went out to fill my bike tank. Asked the guy to fill for Rs 200/-. He starts filling and finishes at Rs 50/-. Then when i said, i asked for petrol worth Rs 200/- , he said, “Sorry, i heard as Rs 50/-”. So he needs to fill Rs 150/- worth of petrol more.

The trick is while we look at the petrol guy to answer his question, he restarts from Rs 50/- itself and fills upto Rs 150/- instead of starting from ZERO. So he has just filled Rs 100/- worth of petrol more. So I have paid Rs 200/- and got petrol worth Rs 150/-.

Very poor service
And the fact is Everyone in Ujjain talk about PetrolPumps poor quality Petrol and less quantity of Petrol I'm conforming that
