Sampat Fuels

well maintained equipment and very well trained staff. I am a regular customer of Sampat Fuels because it is in my route. overall experience is good all the time. Fork, a small cafe is also there and its a good place to sip a coffee and take rest.

Good petrol pump. I used to use this pump and found good.

This petrol pump is available with every fuel except electric charger and is usually a little busy.
Even though every petrol pump has to have a air pump and this one have it in a working condition(unlike most of the other pumps).
It also have a small convenient store where you can buy some snacks etc.

I am a regular customer so far and staff was very good so far but it is observed today that some staff memeber (probably new) does not have importance of customer and their time in mind.
Customer following long queue even after the urgency but when its their turn to get fuel fill, some staff member given preference to person out of queue who just arrived and not looks having urgency because staying and talking while fuel filled for him same thing repeated by same staff member with next customer as well.
I left the queue right at my turn because i had urgency and get the fuel on next petrol pump.
I like this pump previously and regular customer from long time but sadly, I will avoid taking fuel from sampat fuel for my Car, Bike and Activa moving forward due to such staff member.

It’s been long time I am refuelling from here.. The staff is not interested in filling fuel they stand and tell each other to do the work.. Not once but now I have faced this multiple times.

Can you tell me whom to reach in such situation on fuel station.?

This petrol pump is good and petrol is also good, there's one shop in the campus you can find very unique collection there for chocolates and household things.

Having snacks shop and tyer sir filling working almost every time i visited

Everytime i fill up from this fuel station, it always fills less than usual!! Not my preference these days
