Yeah I like it the way their workers responding and if you need petrol for 30 rupees also they will give it without any hesitation 😅😘 by the way I liked it

Two days ago I have gone to change the oil of my scooter there. It was around 11:00 am . There were almost 4 vehicles for oil changing. Oil changing is done by a lady. She was busy doing both petrol refilling and oil changing. After sucking the oil by machine she forget to refill the oil and she delivered the vehicle. After running around 8 km the vehicle stopped with terrifying sound. I think that there were some other else problem of vehicle. Then I went to a mechanic shop . They said that there were no oil in the engine. After that i went to the petrol pumb. They checked the cctv and admitted the fault. But the manager was very rude and said that 'the pumb will not take the responsibility of this incident and if you want any compensation you talk with that lady who done this '. Is this the way of dealing complaints. Very pathetic .
It cost about 8000 rupee to repair my vehicle.
Any way she agreed to pay the amount of repair.

Went there today morning for petrol refill on my scooter, the lady attendent were very rude to me infront of others when i asked her to close the tank cap which she opened..felt bad about it. Every other people working there were simply looking and having fun . I travelled all over 8nfia on bike and never had this kind of experience from anywhere. Bravo to the people who trained her..

UPI not accepted here. That even in a city. Better choose other petrol pump near by.

I just visited here for air refill and the behaviour of the staff there was really rude and unacceptable. My tyre pressure was just a few psi short and this guy came arrogantly and pumped it out to 0 and then told me nothing could be done as my tyre is punctured. I directly took it to another refill station from where they filled it so quickly and said there was nothing wrong with the tyre . It was then that i knew the staff here did it purposefully. Anyway this kind of behaviour cannot be sustained and im gonna go further with the complaint.
