Some staff are very rude, others are polite

The pump shown above is 20 minutes away from my house. I pump fuel from this pump even though I am not regular as this pump has less space to accommodate the vehicles. Especially tall vehicles find it difficult to pump fuel from this pump. The pump is located very close parallel to the road but no necessary safety precautions have been taken by the pump authorities.
