Bharat Petroleum Petrol Bunk COCO

This company owned and operated Bharat Petroleum fuel station is almost mid-way between Bangalore and Mysore falling on the left hand side about 11 km from the small town of Channapatna. It is an ideal pit-stop to refuel your car and stop for breakfast at the McDonald's outlet in the same compound. Being a COCO pump you need not worry about the quality and quantity of the fuel. There is sufficient parking space and clean washrooms belonging to the pump and you need not visit the restaurant to take a break.

Very bad experience. We were travelling from Bglr to Kerala and went to refuel for 2000 rs and had to wait for about 40-50 minutes. We were told to scan a QR code to pay the money(before they fuelled). After making the payment they told us that we'll recieve a code for some offer which we didn't get. So we had to wait calling their manager and customer care to either fuel our car or return the money. Worst experience.

Good people. Well behaved staff. All payment options available. Good thing is there is no rush in this bunk.

1. Very shoddy treatment. Took me more than 30mins to exit.
2. They wanted cash...payment was an issue. They made all excuses to avoid digital payment. Since I insisted they had to set things right.
3. No staff to help tyre inflation. At least 4 cars waited and left in desperation.
4. Very poor show. Manager not available readily.
5. Avoid.

Nice customer service...mc Donald's is next to the petrol bunk...so you can stop for a bite

Restroom is clean and staffs are helpfull..Mc Donalds is closed due to power issue

But After 9pm or Before 9am Spending Time Will be Boring as the Food Centres inside Station will be Closed! & there wont be any shops open nearby. But still we can Spend Time by Sitting next to McDonalds Chair 😂 Watching Flix on Net.
