Bharat Petroleum, Petrol and CNG Pump -Sapthagiri Service Station

Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring following points regarding service of Bharath Petroleum service station.

1. I went to fill the petrol in the Saptagiri service station, Ooty road, Nanjangud 571301 on 24.10.2020.
2. I filled the petrol for 210 Rs. I didn't had enough hard cash. But I had wallet balance of Rs 248 (Screen shot attached).
3. I tried scanning many Times but it didn't work.
4. I told service boy that scanning is not working in here. But service boy rudley said that if didn't work pay through cash. He didn't had uniform too. Later he started using singular words and started quarrelling with me. I felt really bad from this.
5. I had credit card (screen shot attached) later I paid from it. Using credit card was not 1st option for me.
6. There was another service boy he also started quarrelling with me.
6. The misbehaving of employees is increasing day by day in the same fuel station.
7. I was one who questioned about the service of the fuel station many times but the management is not providing proper service.
8. Many times I have face same problem.

Need proper service from the fuel station, management and employees.

Request your kind intervention and early necessary resolution please.

The pump handler doesn't ensure zero before delivery, the start filling before even I got down from the car. Be cautious at this station.

CNG available with Good Pressure (200 BAR), situated right on Nilgiri-Mysore Highway.

Nice place, had stopped here for quick refueling. One should be careful to stop at right pump side so as to fill appropriate fuel. Their bill doesn't show the agency name which I felt little weird. This station is equipped with decent toilet for customers.

Had very bad experience with this bunk. Either they have low quality petrol or they are scamming people with less fuel filling.
Be careful with this bunk.

I prefer HP petrol bunk in Nanjangud opposite to canara bank (MGS road/bus stand road) and Capitol petrol bunk (near Mysore airport on Nanjangud- Mysore highway).

Its an old highway petrol pump.neatly maintained and quality of petrol is good..Those who travel kerala can fill up their bikes tummy without doubt

These guys are real scammers some workers here scam you Attention! Always ensure zero but also they scam by distracting you.
