Indian Essar Oil Limited, which engages in the refining of crude oil and marketing of petroleum products in India and internationally, was rebranded as Nayara Energy Limited.

Highly mismanaged service. Seems like they only give priority to 2 wheelers and totally are clueless about 4 wheelers. Waited for like 10 mins before a staff asked us to queue behind 2 wheelers in line as they only had 2 outlets open for filling and focused only on 2 wheelers. Moreover the staff didn't accept a note (dispensed by nearby ATM) stating that it was slightly rough on the edge and asked to talk to manager.
Good to go if you have a 2 wheeler. But I would recommend you to avoid totally if you are planning to refuel your car here.

Not at all depend on this fuel station. When ever it is necessary for sure the fuel station will be closed. I can say most of the time they will close.

Although the operating hours are limited from morning to evening (& some reviews talk about staff behaviour etc.) quality of the petrol is well maintained compared to nearby fuel stations and the pricing is according to the quality (unlike some cheap petrol stations where there will be dilution of fuel and bluffing with the measurements).

Operating hours needs improvement... They keep the station closed at random timings.

Don't go there early morning hours... The people would still be sleeping and not in any mood to fill fuel... I visited at 7.15 AM and people were busy doing someother work

Whenever u go, they never fill air, always they ll do something else. Cost also extra and no good service

Coustomer service is really poor.The staff were just talking with each other and having fun while there was a line of coustomer. And when we asked whether there is availability of petrol, they simply said they don't know while many people where waiting there.. terrible service I have ever felt.. totally disappointed

The only petrol pump on Basavanapura Road. They have the facilities of PuC and air refill too.
