Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is an Indian oil and natural gas company with its headquarters at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Worst service from the pump staff. They give preference to local people in delivering the oil. There is no system of queue at all. Also the behaviour of the staff is highly unprofessional.
