I am going to fill diesel for car...in my car aprox more then 7-8 litter diesel in tank..and my car fuel tank capacity is 45 litter...
But when I tell please full my tank,
Then after some time my tank is full. And I check in meter 43 litters diesel fill in my tank.( 7 + 43 =50 ) My car tank capacity is 45 litter..so I was shocked....
So I request to all person..please don't go to this petrol pump for fill fuel.....

Yes the staff is rude. They don't put the customer first. Even air is not free. 20Rs just to check air. I had doubts he even checked air properly. Also have doubts the person stole the tyre air caps. Initially experience was good for a few fills. But reality has kicked in now.

Air filling arrangements is not upto the mark, required more place to cater the rush. There is no attendent available to clean the vehicle screen.

Worst experience. What kind of people do IOCL recruits?! Air filling person is cheating and damaging car wheels!
Air filling guy damaged valve and talked arrogantly. Not only that, he never filled any air in other 3 tyres, he was just ACTING! I had to actually travel to poor roads, fortunately I double checked at a nearby garage after which I came to know about this... Imagine what if my tyres got punchured due to low air and cheating by IOCL and also had to face other difficulties?
IOCL team, this is worst experience and you should do something about kind of your employee at this petrol pump.... I will never go to any IOCL petrol pump after this experience!
Dear IOCL team, cheating by your employees means cheating by company as they are your representatives. Please take necessary disciplinary action on this cheater guy who fills air on vehicles and reply on this review by end of next week, else I might take this grievance to Grahak Suraksha against IOCL.
