Bharat Petroleum, Petrol Pump -Swagat Fuels

Open until late night on festival nights. Friendly staff. Large space so no delay in service due to vehicle congestion. I was in and out in less than 6 minutes.

Good behavior from staff. Online payment available but only through paytm. Situated at a good location near posh area and malls , in handy when needed

Very well managed by staff , all staff members or fillers are very humble, calm and helpful .

sometimes the CMS machine is not working but overall a good pump with small number of units to fill fuel but listed ata great place.

Worst.

The staff has bad communication skills. After waiting for more than 10 minutes in the queue. The staff told me to change the queue as they don't have enough staff for the service. Already, the petrol pump is on the main road which is very crowded. Due to it you have to wait for long time everytime you visit this pump. I highly recommend the owners to get more staff or educate the current staff to put some notice if the staff or petrol is not available, as this miscommunication of staff leads to dissatisfaction of your regular customers.

Very old petrol pump. Rate is also average.
