I felt a person doing tricks while fueling my car. I could clearly see the fuel stopped pouring but the meter was running fast. I could make out from transparent fuel flow indicator near the lever of the hose which can trigger the fuel flow. when lever is pressed, a small fan starts to rotate inside a transparent section inside hose, indicating the fuel is flowing. I have got significantly less milage too.

Buyers Be Aware!

Xtracare should be taken by customer whenever fills petrol from this pump. Pump attendants are always trying to fool customers by diverting our attention by showing some Petrol additive pouches. Sometimes they do not reset to zero or sometimes they may fill only half.

CHEATERS!!!
They keep you engaged in their talks and don't fill petrol you pay for.. yesterday happened same with me one man came and started telling me about debit card machine issue and on other hand the other man started filling petrol without showing me zero, when I started my vehicle to my surprise my meter didn't show the fuel filled, I paid 500 rs and they might have hardly filled of 200 rs!!!

There is no 0 Star option, so giving 1 star. Operators are CHEATERs..While the fuel is being filled by one operator, other comes to you to sell some product. I have always got less fuel on this petrol pump. I have stopped using this pump. Request all others also to stop. Only use in case of emergency & please be careful & never talk to other person while petrol is being filled.

Cheating while filling petrol. I have paid 600 rs via card. And another person who was filling petrol only filled 200.27 rupee petrol. Later when I caught him, I asked him to fill remaining 400 rs petrol, then that person started filling petrol from same 200.27, and filled till 400.67 rs. Another person was trying to divert my mind by marketing of 10 rs add on. When I argued to fill till 600 rs, then he was starting that he did zero. But if you set 400 rs, then how can machine fill 400.67 rs petrol. As I have family members with me, so I went from there. But those people were really cheater and might have cheated many people similarly. Also air filling was not working. Windshield cleaning was not available. When I asked, then person was saying that water is not available.

I asked for rs 300 instead he put 50 rs petrol first then filled for remaining 250 but he continued from 50 till 250 and told me that total 300 rs filled.
This is not first time same incident happened with me 3 times at same petrol pump.
Don't go there you will be cheated.

It's on my way to office, hv used their service few times, last time (3/4 August) during rain they have played well and I got only 2.ltr (it should be 3.0ltr) Petrol in 210/-. I realised it later, when I checked the fuel indicator.
There is no option for negative or 0 star. That's y I hv gv 1 star.

These guys never cease to surprise me with the bag of tricks they invent to dupe you out of your money. Some suggestions to the localites who wish to use this petrol pump:

--> always check zero reading before starting

--> never pay attention to the second guy who comes along with the main guy who will fill the petrol tank. He may try to initiate any sort of conversation with you just so that you lose attention of the guy filling the petrol

--> there have been paytm payment issues sometimes when msgs don't get delivered to them regarding payment, so be careful

--> people with larger payments should especially be careful to make sure their meter starts from 'zero'

--> there always has been free air available at this petrol pump, so do take advantage of this facility, the person is there almost every time!
