This roadside petrol pump is very convenient for getting good quality petrol. Normally there is no rush and the staff is very friendly. The best thing is that they have a special counter which accepts Paytm. I have been getting my petrol filled in my car since some times now and I have never faced any problems

Good prime location petrol pump.........Early morning accessibility......... Separate Diesel pump...........Sometimes it may happen that so many employees are available at the pump, But they are running a limited pump only.......So it creates a long queue so many times........Free air facility available at pump.......

Very worst service in Surat no minimum facilities and in experienced staff using vehicles for personal use

Good Quality of fuel and excellent service!

One of the nearest place nd easy for everyone to reach... staff is also very co-operative..
Sometimes here available only their another category petrol which is extra- premium which is near about 5 rupees higher than normal petrol.so i see so many people get filled it in their vehicle but this is how they cheat us...
Also now their is facility of PUC you can get your PUC from here..
Also facility of free air- pumping available here..

I had an issue with overpaying at the petrol pump. But the owner was very kind and gentle and helped me out with the problem.

The location is convenient but there is not proper management of staff and staff is in hurry due to which last bit of fuel is dropped outside tank and staff is rude sometimes

Worse compared to other IOCL pumps. The air pump is always malfunctioning, they never give free water bottles above ₹1000 (which is mandatory by Indian oil), and most of the time do not even give the loyalty points making one excuse or the other. The staff is rude as well.
