I have been a Regular Customer to Essar for Several Years. The main problem is that every time the attendant has to be informed to wait for auto cutoff. Otherwise, the attendant will lift the gun in a hurry as soon as the counter shows the reading. I have also lodged a complaint couple of times. But there has been no response.
