Worst customer service. The people at the petrol pump are not professionals.
usually the air is filled for free and nitrogen is chargeable INR 20/- for all four tyres. They are charging INR 10/- per tyre. Which is exactly double the amount. Paying 40 bucks is not a problem when my fuel charge per month is around 6k but it feels cheated to pay extra for a service which elsewhere will cost half. Not acceptable.

Worst service. Even they charged surcharge on debit card. On complaint they are shouting on customer that it's their fault whereas bank told me that it depends on vendor.

Be Aware. Very worst quality fuel. Car engine stopped. Cloudy petrol.
I filled petrol in my car on 27 Aug 2020 and than parked my car at Sarthak Mall (3km from petrol pump). After office hour at 8:30 PM while returinng back, at sargasan circle car stoped and didn't start. I tried to start but it didn't.
I called Tata road side assistance, their engineering came and checked car. Engineering told that, fuel is not reaching engine so they towed my car to Tata service station.
Next day on 28 Aug 2020, service center called me and told that they have found petrol mixed with water. Service center cleaned my tank changed spark plug and connector. Some part for BS4 were not available at service centre, they Odered form chennai so car delivery got delayed.
I got my car on 02 sep 2020.
It cost me 9600 Rs. I have receipt of payment to Tata service center, receipt of car towing and receipt of fuel payment at petrol pump (Used Amazon pay).
Fill fuel on your risk.
I went to fule station, and spoke to petrol pump owner/ attendent about the incendent. He told me that, I can replace my fuel which was defective. I can't do more than that. I told him what about the cost I am Bering due to low quality fuel. Pump attendent told it is an accident. I was socked. I rejected his proposal and told him I can bear cost of repair, fuel and car.
Big thanks to Tata motors for their road side assistance which is absolutely free, service engineer came at 10:00 PM and also towed my car at 11:25 PM.

WATER MIXED PETROL ALLEGEDLY SOLD TO CONSUMERS AT ESSAR PETROL PUMP SARGASAN.

This fuel station sells very poor quality fuel. I found the water mixed petrol. I had a very bad experience yesterday 10-09-2020 around 8:57 AM I had a top-up my car petrol tank for Rs.2000. All of sudden after driving 2 km from the pump car has trouble accelerating and the car engine shut off. I had arranged roadside assistance and took the car to the workshop. They found the water was mixed with petrol. I immediately went to the fuel station and spoke to his supervisor and explained the whole situation but he was like we are checking regularly and nothing is wrong at our fuel station.

Mixing water in petrol is an issue that can cause serious damage to the car and eventually lead to damage so severe need a new engine and fuel injectors. I found very unprofessional behavior and they don't even bother and not ready to check and do maintenance of the tank or water filters. I have decided to log a legal complaint.

Very poor quality petrol they sell.....

Cheaters employees at pump, distract you so they can make fool.
And also so called puncture fraud is available on this pump. After filling petrol usually we think to fill the air and the guy who fill the air will say 'Sir hawa kam hai , puncture hai, aage shop par check karwa do'. The next shop is Amul parlour where puncture wala is also there and he will take charges to check puncture and manually make it to grab money from you.

The petrol pump guy did not even close the inner and outer lid of the tank and now its lost. When asked the officials about it the next day, they talked very rudely and did not take responsibility for that and started arguing and shouting at me and my mother.

Rude and careles staff owner has no interest .if you are going towards there are three pumps near uvarasad chokdi with good service
