I approached Priyanka Service Station, District Center 2, , Rohini, Sector 13, New Delhi - 110085, Mob: +919811112311, to top up the CNG in my car No. DL8CAB0853, on 24th July, 2022 at 7:30 PM approx., There was maximum space of 5 to 5.5 Kg in my CNG cylinder if pressure is full, but the Meter in Priyanka Service Station, District Center 2, Rohini, Sector 13, New Delhi - 110085 was tempered and fast which displayed the reading of 7.8 Kg, and charged INR 590/- to me that approximately Rs 200/- more than what would be in case of correct metering . When asked to the persons in Gas station , they denied of any malfunctioning of CNG Metering. This is the case of INAPPROPRIATE METERING / OVER CHARGING/ THEFT.

They r not able to manage queue of vehicles resulting more waiting period. Nd guys r not having a bag to collect cash ,he wash searching his various pockets for change money resulting wastage of time, cng filling point lays vaccant and long queue. And when asked for a complaint book Mr Pramod Kumar Diwedi a rep of pump refused to give that . Being a defence personnel in uniform i felt so bad when he refused. It's suggeted that boys handling cash may be given bags for it. And someone should be responsible for managing lines of vehicles. Regards

I don't know who is the actual thief the owner or the employees those who works at this petrol pump.. They engage you in talk and don't let you see the zero "0"on the screen and put your petrol.

These guys are scamsters! Whatever amount you tell them, they will fill it to predecided amount (which keeps changing everyday) and pretend as if they misheard the amount. They are clearly manipulating the meter on a certain value and then break up the transaction accordingly! They fill the balance amount as top in another transaction. Today I told them to fill the entire tank and they misheard it to 400 Rs. Surprisingly there were 2 other customers who mentioned different amounts and they still misheard their amounts as 400 Rs!

Drunk staff here! We are currently at the petrol station there’s no one to take care here. Xp 95 ki jagah normal daal dia or koi hai hi nhi dekhne k liye! When we stopped him he pretended as if he heard 400rps and didnt stop the fuel pump! He said XP 95 wasnt available so i filled normal one

Every time I told staff to full tank and every time they fill only 400 or 500 ₹ petrol . I ask them then they saying that they dont hear your voice. Then they fill again . They do scam everytime.

Thru have a scheme that you fill worth Rs 2000/- of petrol and get Nitrogen filled in your tyres..
Now I filled my tank for the same amount while asking twice that ask your Nitro Guy to fill the tyres after this.. This petrol man did not give heed to any of my words then.. Now when the petrol is filled he is saying with his mouth full of pan masala that the person who fills tyre pressure is not available currently and you need to wait for another one hour at least.
It's so frustrating currently.
They have a clean area though, and have CNG service and tyre changing service as well.
