Bharat Petroleum, Petrol Pump -Pushpanjali

Located on the Nelson Mandela Road right next to the three shopping malls of Vasant Kunj, getting service from the Pushpanjali petrol station has been a real pleasure. My family has been using this BPCL branded filling station for close to 15 years now, and in all these years, never have we had any one instance where we would have to doubt the integrity of the fuel used for our vehicles.

This is a large, spacious petrol pump, with the courtyard holding 6 clean and shining dispensers. The service - it is courteous, prompt, respectful and with an attitude to provide comfort to the customer. As the customers drive in, they are immediately directed to a bay that is free, greeted cheerfully, their choice and variant of fuel is asked for, and they are requested to check the meter. Simultaneously, another person will commence to mop and wipe the windshield. The entire attitude of the team, which has been noticed all these years has been to comfort and please the customer. The filling station is equipped with an ATM kiosk of Standard Chartered, a well-stocked In&Out store and clean restrooms. Should the customer have any other requirements such as filling air, or a puncture, car wash or needs to use the ATM or the loo, they are promptly directed accordingly, all with due courtesy. For any other situations too, the staff has always stood behind the customer, keeping his interest more important, and have patiently and courteously tried to help the customer. This can be possible only if the management has deliberately tried to instill this as a culture amongst it team.

In the morning (atleast) they can offer complimentary cleaning and wiping of your windshields. One of the staff, Bishwajeet's pleasant eagerness to serve really gave our day a happy start. CNG is available. Free air also available (not available in the adjacent IGL pump).
