The service is quite good but not up to the mark. At times have to urge to the staff to be a little quick. Good location to get a quick refuel though.

A very busy petrol pump, mainly due to rush and queue for CNG. The management of crowd is good. They have separate entry for CNG and other vehicles. Basic amenities available.
Location is good near Chatrapur metro station.

You will not have to wait much for diesel and petrol but if you are coming for CNG in night after 8pm then you may have to wait

This distributor deliberately push sales of XP petrol by limiting the machines which discharge normal petrol and keep shuffling the order to indirectly force customer to buy XP petrol. Customers after waiting in a queue don't want to switch machine and again wait in queue. There is no clear signage to suggest that a particular machine will only discharge XP petrol so that customer can make an informed choice. IOCL ombudsman shall note and take action.

Despite of having so many petrol oulet they only use one or two which creates unnecessary hassle.

Very poor and lazy staff looking to promote out of queue refill. Additional guard being paid to manage queue but maintaining queue is still a problem.

Only go if you have ample time and patience.

Good for filling petrol in your vehicle as there is no long que, besides having cng pump but there is always having long que in the peak hours as well as normal time.
