I have purchase Petrol of 1000 Rupees using my Axis Debit card on 20th Dec 2017, but after 1 week Service charge of 29.50 has been deducted.

Surprisingly 3% service charge on my axis credit card.
It is only 1% anywhere
Staff receiving also not upto the competent world
