Indian Oil Petrol Pump

Spacious petrol pump. Cars can manoeuvre easily. But also there is cross traffic using the petrol pump as a crossing which is dangerous. That should be controlled. We didn't experience much waiting times.

Worst quality of management in this petrol pump. Only one guy will be there to allot petrol even if they have 20+ bikes. Should wait minimum 30 mins for refilling petrol here. Worst petrol pump I have never witnessed. Atleast management should take care of this.

There were some free guys yet they weren't doing their duties and i had to wait like 15mins just because i did payment by Gpay. they wanted to write the reference number of transaction. Even tho i showed them the payment messages. Worsted petrol pump.

No manpower ,waited for 15 minutes to fill petrol for my bike. Same thing happens almost all the time.

When one pays by card the attendants round up the fractions this amounts to cheating...if one considers the volume of transactions..this was also seen at other IOL petrol pumps in Goa.

Friendly staff and prompt service.
Has a working air pump and pressure machine..

No swiping machine also there is no QR code....no manners how to talk

There's no point of having so many workers/operators if everyday your machines are not manned.
