We have to pick cylinder from office, whenever you call for delivery they will say vehicle is broke down please come and collect.

Good Service. Easy and perfect Gas agency office location.

The service provided is terrible. You have to wait for an average of 4-5 days for getting a refill for the cylinder plus the attitude of the person concerned is horrible.
Surrendering the connection is also a big hassle. I have been calling the agency from last 15 days, every time they tell me that today by evening the transaction will be complete but at the end of the day no one ever comes.
Better go for insane gas, their office is in the same lane as that of the super gas agency and they too provide the cylinder on the same day of registration if you have all the documents. The list of the documents required is given on their official website.
Plus the cylinders provided by them are really dirty.
The cylinders are priced very high as compared to other service providers.
Other good service reviews present for this agency are written by their employees or they relatives because when i talked to other customers, they had the similar issues.
DONT GO FOR THIS AGENCY, ITS HORRIBLE.
