Indira Gandhi Glass House

A great place to enjoy a day. This place is really one of the best in Hubli.

Anyone can come here, no problem if you are alone or are couples or family. Good place to bring kids too. So much place to relax and enjoy. Kids will really love this place.

There is a toy train and musical fountain, but I didn't see both working, looks like they are not operating them nowadays (as of 14-June-2022). Entry fee is ₹10. Parking space is available.

This place WAS popular, IS popular and WILL BE popular in Hubli dharwad.

After renovation, many things have improved.
Neatly maintained lawns, clean inside and surrounding, prefect place to brings kids along.
There is a electric toy train.
Musical fountain in evening.
Enterance charge is Rs10/- per head.
There is ample vehicle parking place as well.

Indira Gandhi Glass House is named after the late leader Mrs.Gandhi. This place has an excellent glass house that hosts numerous exhibitions & events. The highlight of the park is the sculptures of people & animals around park. Plantation of various species of trees and beautifully crafted green lawns make this place more attractive.
This park includs Skating ground, an aquarium(closed) and a small restaurant also.
This place is very close to Hubli Bus stand and could be a great tourist attractions if cleanines & maintenance had been taken proper care by the authorities. Even the main glasshouse is in pathetic condition.
From the hustle & bustle of the city, this garden provides greenery and peace of mind. One can sit & spend time with family and friends. It's good for morning walkers as well as elders for excercise and meditation.

Three stars for the Greenery and amusing place it is.

Sufficient parking place but not enough for even half capacity of full crowd.

Unclean and Unhygienic. Gutter garbage water flows inside Glass House. Water logging everywhere in the rainy season.

Dhyan mandir or huts are always littered, rarely cleaned.

Fountain is not every day available.

The park is renovated and so good now...I would recommend everyone to visit glasshouse and can relax and hangout...only thing missing is a canteen in the garden .rest the garden is just damn good.

Must visit Place even if you are a rare visitor to Hubballi. They have constructed Glass house with the similar architecture to that of Namma Bengaluru. You can find people of all ages here walking, jogging, doing yoga, passing the ball, Meditation, playing shuttle, skating , cricket and volleyball.

Not up to the expectation, there is maximum amount of greenery as I have clicked some photos, but still it is disappointing
