Worst experience ever!!! I would suggest not to buy from this store... I ordered a wardrobe of walnut colour. After delivery it seems one door of the wardrobe came with different colour. The mirror was broken , key wasn't working. However, key and mirror issue resolved after 1 week. But they delayed the change of the door. After two month they said, they will be changing the whole wardrobe, but different one, that I didn't chose!!!! Really disappointed.

Mr.Shaym the salesperson is a rude person and after taking the money just started behaving badly and just started saying what can I do nothing can be done.Form morning he was calling up for full payment and after the payment was made he just changed the delivery time and slots and started giving excuses.
The management should look at it and take up customer satisfaction as a priority. We had previously bought products from you guys but this behaviour towards and old and loyal customer is not acceptable

Fraud alert! The sofa that you see in their showroom is just for display. The actual quality of sofa sold by them is very very pathetic. First of all, the foam used by them is of lowest quality. It feels like there is no foam at all and you are sitting on just wooden structure covered with fabric. The built quality is also very bad and the fabric is also pathetic. All the materials are very expensive. They take full payment upfront and then you are at their mercy regarding the quality of sofa and the delivery time. I am regretting so much after buying from here. I strongly suggest that if you have low budget then buy gonline such as Amazon basic etc. Or if you have good budget, go for branded sofas such as godrej etc. Don't fall in the trap of mid range order made sofa from this store. You will also regret as I am . One of my relatives had the same experience from this store. Do not trust the sofas that they will show you in their showroom. It's an eyewash. All their products are overpriced.

Pathetic. FRAUD ALERT! This store has so many Sofa's and furniture at their display and are of good quality but are for display only. The quality of product shown at the store and the ones delivered have high differences. There is no comparison between the product shown and delivered. They take the money by promising the same quality but delivers the worst product. I have chosen one of the material from the store which was very expensive and they promised to deliver the same material product but there was nothing as such happened. They took the entire amount in advance and promised to deliver the product on a specific date. Later on they changed the delivery date and after a continuous follow up they delivered wrong sofa. The one I chose was not delivered again I have to call them again and again and beg for my sofa for which I have placed the order. Later on after giving so many excuses they delivered the sofa but again the material was not same only the fabric colour was changed as per my choice. I have selected the most expensive fabric but was not delivered the same and the material is also very bad. You can't sit on the sofa for more than 30 minutes it's material and foam are of very low quality and cheap. I regret buying the furniture from there.

Fraud Alert- Salesman Shayam Routh claims to be a manager and quotes wrong price for a product.
He misleads the customer and argues when being asked.
2 days back the product was 18500 but today he increased to 20000. When I said that the product was not this much price two days back then he was trying to manipulate me by telling there was some offer going on and he can make it 18000 now.
There is no fixed price in this showroom and salesman demands abnormal price whatever they feels like.
