worst service

I had purchased a steel wardrobe from Bombay Safe in June. After having received a damaged piece of furniture, I contacted the company and was assured a replacement or repair. For the last three months, we have been calling them every day and the only reply that we get from them is "It will be done tomorrow." This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced.

I also talked to the company's owner Manu Modi. Initially he told us that he we get it repaired and he started ignoring our calls. He would ask a female member of his family to answer the call and she would say "It's wrong number." One can only imagine what level of unprofessional attitude they have.

I would advice not to buy anything from these guys.

Pathetic,
The people out there are irresponsible, no quality check performing mechanism is followed, even after rigourous followup for the defect material delivered same has not been taken care by the company and even senior post person out there is not serious with the quality delivered.
