Very good service

I ordered for dining table and asked to polish sofa in same color in parallel. He(Furniture owner/sales man) promised to deliver 2-3 days before diwali but after uncounted follow-ups , this man delivered with unexpected polish in the sofa & dining table which was not agreed and few other items(2 Stool) was not delivered ,however he demanded the full money. One day before diwali, we were so dissapointed as guests were visiting and there were no furniture at home as they took back to correct the delivery. It was so frustrating when this guy stopped responding phones and messages, as promised again to deliver one day before diwali .Finally, we decided not to purchase the product anymore and asked him to return the sofa inspite of the unexpected condition of the same.Please never go to this furniture shop as ultimately you will suffer.

Fraud person. No actual warranty. Cheap stuff. Won't provide service after sales. Only excuses. Don't go by his calm nature. That's only till you buy something. After that he will talk like you made a crime by trusting him. Look at the person in the picture. He is super cheat.

Fraud person and my frustration level is high only because of this person. I brought furniture from his shop but at the time of bed installation it's labour cracked bed the photos I posted. But now I am calling for repair for 3 consecutive weeks, This person does not pick up my call and even if he had picked it up, he would have spoken for tomorrow.

Poor quality & services. Bought sofa cracked within short period of time. Bed headrest cushioning came out too. No after sales service only false promises. Better to go to local carpenter which will give better service.

Fraud person, promised to give teek wood dining table but actually gives engineered wood dining table. This person is completely fraud and interested only in making money. Used abusive words while talking. Shop owner is Zaidi shop is at ground floor, not at basement
