If you're looking for good quality furniture at a decent price then this is your place! Got a dining room set here last night and I absolutely love it! We spent our day at decorating furniture and my mom and were so discouraged with the quality and prices, after a Google search as found furniture store and I'm so glad we did! The guy that worked with us was so accommodating and even let us take home the floor sample as we really wanted the set the same day, they helped us load our truck and off we went, we will defiantly be shopping here for all furniture in the future! Love this place

Products that are practical!

Fantastic Furniture have just opened in Cairns and when I saw their store decided to wander in and see what they had. Wow! Was I impressed. Apart from the unbelievably low prices, their furniture and a lot of their other household items have been made to be used rather than just to look good. They had items that I always thought would be useful but couldn't get in Cairns. Now I can. I spent time checking build quality & it seems fine to me. So I guess I will be spending my money at Fantastic Furniture in the future. And with the prices they have, I could afford to change my furniture a lot more often in the future.

Great Sofas but.....

Ordered 3 sofas - told delivery would be approx 3 months.

Well, delivery was a couple of weeks late, hence 4 not 5 stars - but sometimes it is about how a Company perform when things don`t go right, and they get 5 stars for that because.... I have very long legs and the sofas were not deep enough for me ( the dimensions on the website had been input incorrectly).

Long story short, I was given a full refund with no quibbles - well done.

Excellent service both over the phone an face to face. I rang to make an enquiry the sales rep was very helpful, I went in they knew exactly what I wanted and that I was the person who rang and made the enquiry. Will definitely go back for my next household purchases......
