Royaloak Furniture Karmanghat

We have purchased a Zita sofa, King size sofa, and couple of small items, in Jan'22.
And the store guy were so nice to us until we were done with the payment. And the payment proceess took more than 1 hr, .
I must say the quality of the products are of very poor, not worth at all (see the pictures posted).
I have give compliments by visiting store and thye said will send service personal to look into the issue but no one has come.
I strongly recommend not to purchase the poor products from Royaloak of any branch..
