Most unprofessional furniture store that I ever had to deal with. Their quality is sub standard at its best for the price that you are paying. Trust in them for meme level Expectation vs Reality products. You’ll know what I’m talking about when you see the attached pictures. They’ve been guilty of their bad product so I didn’t have to get that ugly recliner sofa home and my advance was partially refunded (Praise the lord). It’s been a year since we got our furniture and they still haven’t done our polish touch ups and the knobs keep falling apart. Our 10ft console table has been polished in two different shades.

Pathetic customer service! Been trying to reach them for 5 days now, just to get my shutters back that were sent for repolishing but in vain.

Found this store on Instagram and visited the store. Srikanth is the person who helped us pick the furniture and help us through the entire process. It was very smooth and fully happy with the end product. I will surely visit again and recommend the store to my friends and family.

I got back my furnitures last Wednesday. To start with, i regret entering inhabit! As a person suffering with back issues put forth my requirements to Mr Srikanth. He was very patient in taking down all my requirements. But none of my customisation was met! Really none of it was met! The height , depth everything was different! Also the delivery system was a mess. The delivery team was not informed that the sofa can be dismantled. My rented apartment door entrance was damaged. Of course inhabit took back the furnitures. They did meet my requirements in my furnitures after lot of texting and repeated calls. But still the firmness of the seats which I ordered and confirmed by Inhabit are still missing. The seats are sinking in and making it uncomfortable for me to sit. Only my husband and I use the sofa, now coz of this sinking none of us could use it. It’s just there another useless thing in my apartment. The dining chairs were corrected and good for use. I request the higher officials of Inhabit, please look into your production unit. Please monitor them. They’re definitely the reason for our stress. Such a waste of money and time most of all my energy!! I only thank Mr Srikanth for his time!
