Sheesham Wood Furniture /Sri Furniture Village

I bought a sheesham wood double cot for 29000 here. The models here are quite exquisite and of pure wood. I visited every furniture shop in miyapur, KPHB and Madhapur and finally liked the models and price here.
Quality is very good, delivery and installation done with in 2 hours.
Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable.
If you want quality wooden furniture that lasts for years, then visit this shop.
I will update my review after some months about the life of the cot I bought.

We have been searching for good and quality furniture all around Hitech City, Chandanagar,kondapur and gachibowli and we found the best just around the corner. Best thing we loved about this shop was the way Mr.Anil spoke to us and trust me he is the best guy I met till date. This shop is exclusive for Sheesham furniture and though price was out of our budget we bought Bed and Coffee table(Selected design from Urban Ladder). He delivered Bed in 2 days and then my coffee table came after we were back from our wedding(1 month later). he didn't take any money till all my furniture was delivered (Not a single call). and the furniture which we select in online sites, he can make much better than that for same price. I would suggest this shop for any furniture shopping.

Paid half of the advance for furniture which was promised to be delivered in 10 to 12 days...it's 20 days now they don't have any info about my product...and whenever I call they get very very rude after a couple of questions...

There is a decent collection of products here, however please don’t go by what is displayed. I purchased a cot based on the display piece but the cot that was delivered was of a lower quality made out of young sapling that does not have enough strength as a mature cot. Tried reaching them, they asked us to send the pictures and promised that it will be corrected and after several weeks there is still no response. Now I feel like I have wasted money, time and effort chasing them. Very bad after sale response.

After Sales service not good. They refused to fix a cabinet box stating the location is far away. Note that the issue was reported within 1 year of service. The pre-sales talk is very sweet and assuring.

Didn’t provided good furniture. After order they will not update the status of your product, you have to keep calling. Even they will not lift the call . Before order they will give big big dialogues and after delivery simply will say not possible. Very bad finishing and cushions was done very badly.
My money wasted …

Took more than a month to deliver sheesham wood 6 seater dining table after taking 50% advance. Had to follow up multiple times and the response was always full of excuses. Post deliver the table, in less than a week, the legs of table came out. We complained and again followed up. With almost 20 calls the person came to rectify. The chairs and bench have spots of painting to hide the cracks. For exchange of faulty pieces we have been again following up for last one month and same excuses are being given. Extremely bad customer experience. I would not recommend this vendor and shop to anyone

Very good place. Nice furniture. However, rates are little high which can be negotiated.
