Hi all i bought couple of products like recliner and dining table from urban ladder and all because of great support of Tabasum she is excellent and always ready to listen and solve issues if there is any. I got my old broken table replaced and new one delivered with in 5 days. Thanks a lot again

Wonderful place with wide varities and large discount with good quality. Little bit costly but range is different. Items are little unique and fancy . Good place for better deals and furniture

Good furniture but sales person (don't want to mention the name of female sales person here in public) told me that she will help me get the product delivered at time and can help coordinate with delivery team but once order was placed she stopped picking my calls. And customer care is bad. I got my bed delivered on time but i am still getting emails that it will be delivered soon. After delay of 2 days beyond their committed time, I got bed installed but their website shows it's still pending for installation. So i am getting emails that bed is yet to ve delivered and order status in my account on website shows its pending for installation. Bad technology used , specifically when IT is backbone of these new age companies who sells more products online than offline. They should spend money on improve their commitment of timely installation and delivery of products instead of spending money on marketing .

While purchasing the items, we were told that the sales team will prioritise our order if we take the items from the store instead of online. So we went ahead and purchased a dining set from the store. Until now, even after 2 weeks after delivery of the items, the dining bench has not been installed. Two times the service associate brought incorrect fabric (with wrong dimensions) and was unable to install the bench. I don’t understand why such a simple installation is taking weeks. Please take back your item and refund the money. It is ridiculous that Urban Ladder doesn’t know the dimensions of its own products.

"Customer is God " - Mahatma Gandhi , the store manager (Mr Shafiq) clearly doesn't get this , I had bought a double bed from here and requested him to give a 100-200 ₹ book kept in the decor along with it he was upfront to deny it. This episode clearly ruined my shopping experience which was good courtesy the sales girl helping me find the right bed.

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered dining table set, but despite several reminders and calls, chairs not installed even after 3 weeks. Store salesperson Tabassum doesn't bother to pick up calls, although she was after us when sale was made. Delivery and installation teams have no sense of time, kept us waiting for hours. AVOID Urban Ladder!

Good place, all the sales executives are very helpful but they display only high range products. Home delivery service is also good
