Cheating in the name of Brand, nothing else I found to be happy the products both dresser and shoe rack which are delivered itself having defects and broken and used item, we don't have to bother as they have some ultimate temporary fixes for new products, contacting customer care and getting resolution is completely painstaking and tidious if we aren't lucky like 4/5 rated customers, for prospective buyers see through the agony and pain the already become customers gone through. Even after 2 months I have yet to receive my product as their bluff game still in progress...given simple reply to the comment yet no resolution

Good collection of sofas and dining. They don't support any customization. The delivery time was good. Installation was done by Ramesh.

Brought a king size bed, delivered within the committed time. Staff is very polite Thanks to Ibrahim, he suggested good products and explain about material of bed nicely. Except for the installation schedule issue I have faced, overall i am very satisfied with product and installation technician satish. Only bad is no clarity and proper confirmation on installation.

Lingaswamy and Anil reached on time to fit the cot. They both are polite and good. Their is service is extremely good.However the delivery of mattresses took almost more than a month for which we were not satisfied

Mr. Lingaswamy has done a very good job of assembling the bed. He is very punctual in coming to my place on specified time. Overall I am happy with the service.

I went Royal oak , last time also same guy , his name Prem sales manager, his good at explaining things clearly, why because I ask too many doubts , he explained everything what I required, one of the best in the store , I bout recently one sofa , office furniture and cot , really good service, keep it same thing , guys doing real job ROYAL OAK💐💐💐

Recently Brought a sofa cum bed and dinning table in very good price, Mr Prem(sales staff) helped a lot to choose the correct product. All product delivered within the committed time. overall i am very satisfied with product and installation technician.
