The amazing thing was delivery of the product was prompt and the delivery guys did the installation very professionally. This the first time we ordered from Wakefit and the experience was very good. Product looks so simple yet so elegant. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family..

I want to rate 0 but no option, Don't buy any Wakefit products you will defiantly regret for their service, After delivery you will not get any support. I brought Wakefit recliner, they delivered defective pice (Recliner didn't work). After lot of calls and mails they replaced it, it took more than one month to resolve my issue. Now I have alignment issue with the recliner and I have raised a ticket [wakefit-903585]. No support from their side. when I call they always said 24 to 48hrs but they never call. Don’t get any support from Wakefit after the sales. Don't buy, Don't buy.

Good store, has great collection at affordable price ranges. The quality is amazing and offers 3 years warranty for most of the furnitures. The delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks depending on the order.

Worst and rude customer service ever received. It's been almost two months that the order was placed and still did not receive any proper resolution or response from case manager that is handling the issue. I have filled so many forms and the issue is never solved. I am having a terrible run around. I would rather say not to buy any sort of products from wakefit or you are going to have a tough time. Order number order2022007KhNhnw. Please do not post any sort of form for me to fill. If at all you'll care about a customer please contact me or get the issue resolved.

Worst ever seller what i have seen until now,
Purchased king size bed in January and left side rail got broken in October
Reaching out to them, there is no prompt reply from them it has been 15 days we are waiting for that.
They have mentioned 3years warranty but there is no response from their end

Wakefit has substandard product. Never ever buy anything from Wakefit. All they deliver is fake promises and substandard quality. Bought a Barcelona sofa and the Sofa leg broke within 3 months, after raising complaint no resolution provided no representative was sent, just by seeing sofa image in mail they told legs are not covered in warranty. The raw material used is very cheap and substandard quality. They have v poor after sales services.Once order placed and delivered they don’t even bother . All the promises are simply fake for marketing and sales. No durability and no authenticity. BEWARE OF WAKEFIT

Excellent quality and we are very happy about the mattresses. We bought two mattresses. Both are excellent, and timely delivered. We strongly recommend wakefit products. We are planning to buy one more.
